Job Summary

Locations: Pune Hyderabad Nagpur Bangalore Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Configure and implement SPM modules: Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Innovation Management.
Develop solutions for Agile Development Lean Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning.
Create dashboards KPIs and reports for portfolio insights and decision-making.
Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or CMDB.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
Hands-on experience with SPM modules and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS GlideScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with Service Portal and Flow Designer.
Preferred: CSA CAD SPM Implementation Specialist certifications.
