The position / About the Job:
To be the first line of support to our customers (Service centers Sales Group Companies) ensuring a timely response to all order inquiries exceeding customer expectations
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
Being the contact window of customers to deal with orders.
Internal Purchase Orders within Factories & timely deliveries (Internal Supplier Delivery on Time (SDOT)
Factory MTN (Material Transfer Note) & ensuring timely availability of material.
Service Centers- Order Creation against PO & timely execution.
Weekly/ Monthly Follow-ups from Factories and providing timely feedback to Group Companies Service Centers Sales.
Timely Dispatch planning to Service Center & Group Companies through Warehouse.
Quote creation for GMUs.
Act as claim representative assist QA and ensure closure on time.
Communicate with customers and act as a customer representative internal.
Support SC BU and another Alfa Laval sites.
Register orders and monitor order settlement process (delay move forward orders on hold TBA).
Handle returns commission credit/debit.
Create order documentation relevant to the customer.
Focus on KPIs engaged in applying the priorities (Safety Quality Delivery Cost)
Develop and optimize SOP when required.
Be active in problem resolution.
Drive/contribute to continuous improvement.
Drive waste reduction activities.
Engaged in safety and quality work report to TM / UM if issues with risk or quality identified. Responsible for personal improvements and competence development.
Attend SB and CSB meetings and transfer the issues within different departments.
Other tasks assigned by OH TM/UM.
Involve ALPS and implement continuous improvement in the responsible field.
Qualification & Skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering from a reputed institute.
2 to 5 Years of experience in the same field.
Good English both oral and written.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Good adaptability & flexibility to new situation/challenges
Good knowledge of MS Office (Advance Excel Powerpoint presentations)
Experience of working with ERP systems.
Experience in Power BI SQL would be added advantage.
