Our Team:
Weve found that the best way to learn is to do so in an environment which is as close to the actual job as possible. Thats why our training is 75% independent learning. This independent learning happens in a Learning Management System where COps discover our app products and internal tools through videos infographics realistic mock-ups and prototypes.
COps then begin to embed what theyve learned from our LMS through workshops. These workshops are supportive environments to encourage group discussions and planned activities.
Your role is to focus on the people side of training by making these workshops informative engaging and inclusive.
When youre not designing and facilitating workshops youll also be discovering and building things that help COps learn outside of our LMS.
