Job Summary

Collaborate with stakeholders in requirement gathering and documentation and validate busi-ness and functional requirements.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed user sto-ries use cases and acceptance criteria. Create Functional Document and help technical team to map with the technical design document accordingly.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to improve project velocity and stakeholder satisfaction level. Ability to visualize workflows and identify optimization opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams for complex projects de-liverables Prioritize features based on business value user impact and technical constraints.
Technical Collaboration Work closely with Business stakeholders architects OLBB develop-ers and QA teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and testable.
Participate in daily status call daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog grooming and to support agile wa-terfall delivery. Compliance Security ensure the solutions adhere to regulatory privacy and security standards.
