Description
As a Mechanical Maintenance Millwright you will be responsible for: make sure pieces from machinery rectifying redesign or fabrication from the equipment and its parts are in good functioning of their own. Realize machining on rolling mill rolls cutting pass groves inserts logo or marks finished according to company procedures to accomplish with quality rules. Must to know hydraulics pneumatic and conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Turn in or receive the shift
- Fabricate Install maintain and repair machinery and equipment including pumps motors gearboxes and conveyors
- Prepare templates carbide tools shape inserts or forms according to the pas rolling mill rolls on lathes.
- Fabricate and install parts and components as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Collaborate in all activities that help to safeguard your coworkers also tools and equipment

Qualifications
- - 2 years of experience as a millwright or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency with hand and power tools including welding and machining equipment - Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
