Principais responsabilidades:
Realizar vendas diretas dos produtos foco para profissionais da saúde implementando estratégias e um ciclo comercial efetivo para atingir os targets traçados com uma carteira de HCPs compradores e crescimento no percentual de novos;
Atingir a visitação conforme o planejamento demonstrando conhecimento técnico-científico robusto das marcas Haleon e da concorrência além de conhecimento de mercado Oral Consumo;
Manter um painel qualitativo de profissionais da saúde utilizando dados internos e externos para análises de mercado e desenvolvimento de estratégias influenciando prescrições e gerando sell out das marcas;
Entregar e atingir métricas traçadas adotando uma abordagem consultiva e personalizada identificando perfis de profissionais de saúde para recomendações acionáveis e relevantes e praticando a entrega de amostras e materiais de suporte.
Comunicar-se eficientemente com stakeholders internos e externos conduzindo eventos e reuniões de negócios bem-sucedidas dentro e fora do distrito
Por que VOCÊ
Suas qualificações:
Experiência anterior como propagandista preferencialmente na área de consumo;
Desejável ensino superior completo ou em andamento;
Vivência anterior com vendas diretas;
Forte habilidade de comunicação.
