About the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance managing dealer relationships and ensuring alignment with company objectives through strategic planning and execution.
What youll do
- Sales Target Development:Create and develop comprehensive sales achievement targets that align with company goals and market conditions.
- Dealer Channel Management:Oversee and manage sales promotions across all dealer channels to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness.
- Program Planning and Execution:Plan and coordinate PSI with dealers ensuring all promotional activities are in line with company policies and sales programs.
- Financial Management:Ensure timely resolution of chargebacks to maintain financial integrity and dealer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring:Regularly monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Inventory Management:Implement swift actions to address slow-moving or non-moving products to optimize inventory levels and minimize losses.
What you must have
- Bachelors degree in any related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in sales management preferably in the TV/AV industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage dealer relationships.
- Experience in planning and executing sales promotions and incentive programs.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving particularly in inventory management.
