Your opportunity

• Responsibility for client support activity in Italy working with other EMEA regions as required.
• Dealing with ad-hoc enquiries on behalf of the Sales Directors or directly from prospects.
• Working closely with the RFP team coordinating mandate searches/RFPs for the respective regions across the business - providing initial review and assisting the process through to completion.
• Controlling the meeting process for PM marketing including: pre-meets with investment teams prep notes presentation coordination liaising with other regional teams on roadshows.
• Ensuring regular monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments are completed.
• Work with the marketing team where required for regional marketing activity.
• Helping with preparation of events including attendance as required and follow ups.
• Management of new leads coming from events webcast etc.
• Helping the team to keep the CRM for the region in a good manner.
• Respond to queries from the teams shared Inbox and work closely with the wider EMEA & Latam Client Group.
• Proactively developing internal relationships across the business collaborating with other teams as necessary.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills

• Fluent in English and native Spanish speaker written and spoken - essential
• Candidate should be proactive taking a pride in their job and have an eye for accuracy and layout;
• Ability to work under pressure and to act on own initiative is essential;
• Good communication skills ability to liaise confidently at all levels;
• Team player able to work effectively with all members of the team and other individuals throughout the company;
• Flexible and able to adjust quickly to business requirements.

Nice to have skills

• MS Office to an Intermediate standard PowerPoint and Excel Advanced;
• Educated to degree level (preferably in Finance or Business related degree);
• Candidates with previous administrative and sales support experience preferable;
• Experience of financial services either asset management or banking is desirable.

• Knowledge of financial markets financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets
• Understanding of issues relating to market abuse and anti-money laundering
