Objective

Main Responsibilities

• Tracking and following up on E-learning progress and completion ensuring that employees development activities are up to date and well-documented
• Monitoring Talent Development KPIs and leveraging advanced tools including AI-based applications to prepare insightful analyses and enhance periodic reporting
• Providing administrative and organizational support for key projects from coordinating translation tasks and supporting onsite activities to preparing and optimizing presentation materials
• Collaborating with local German training providers to coordinate learning offers and maintain smooth communication and scheduling

Position Requirements

• Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration Psychology Human Resources or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); initial experience with learning management systems like SuccessFactors is a plus
• Clear and confident communication skills in English; German is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a reliable and structured working style
• Enthusiastic about working in an international environment and collaborating across cultures
