TheMaintenance Techniciansupports the Property Management team in ensuring the quality and safety of residential and commercial units managed by Fello Maintenance Technician performs a variety of routine maintenance tasks including carpentry electrical HVAC and role installs troubleshoots repairs andmaintainsfacilities and equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems.
Qualifications
The ideal candidateis a hands-on professional with strong technical and problem-solving skills who takes pride inmaintainingsafe high-quality spaces for others. They should have a broad understanding of building systems be self-motivated detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication customer service and teamwork skills are essential as this role works closely with residents vendors and other Fello team members.
This position requiresahigh school diploma or GEDandat least four years of experiencein facility maintenance and/or property management. Certification in plumbing HVAC or other facility-related trades is a plus. Avalid Maryland Drivers Licensewith no more than two points and a satisfactory driving record isrequired. Candidates must live within15 miles of one of Fellos Anne Arundel County offices.
