Who is your future team

You will lead a diverse team of engineers developing key parts of Axissdevice management offering.

Your teams mission is to ensure that Axis provides the best possible tools for working with our devices throughout their entire lifecycle. You will collaborate with several other line managers product managers and teams to build a complete suite of tools that enable our customers and partners to work efficiently from the design phase to the decommissioning of Axis products.

Concretely you will be responsible for:

• Axis Device Assistant (ADA)helps customers and partners easily set up Axis devices and prepare them for use in their systems. It streamlines the initial setup by enabling quick discovery and configuration. Ensuring they are ready to deliver value from day one. With ADA users save time reduce errors and maintain a consistent and secure setup across all their devices.
• Axis Device Manager (ADM)helps customers and partners efficiently manage large installations of Axis devices across multiple sites. It provides an overview of all connected devices making it easy to monitor their health apply updates and ensure that everything is running smoothly. With ADM organizations save time strengthen security and maintain control of their systems throughout the entire lifecycle from deployment to daily operation and beyond.

ForADA you and your team will work closely with many parts of the Axis organization that develop features and configurations inAxis OS our operating system running on all Axis devices.

ADMis used by the majority of our large enterprise customers and is currently undergoing a major refresh to meet the future needs of advanced IT your role you will collaborate closely with Product Management and maintain ongoing contact with key customers.

You will be part of a management team with an agile mindset embracingDevOpsprinciples and thelean start-upway of working. We have a constant desire to evolve and create tomorrows solutions always in close dialogue with our customers.

What will you do and who are you

AsEngineering Manager for Device Management you will be responsible for developing a key part of Axiss devicemanagementoffering. You and your team will own the complete lifecycle of your products which brings both freedom and responsibility in how you lead and deliver results.

To be successful in this role you are a leader with a strong interest in software development and modern development methodologies.

We expect that you:

• Have previous experience inapplication and front-end development
• Have previous experience and knowledge about modern SW development and DevOps methods.
• Have previous experience leading a team and a solid understanding ofservant leadership knowing how to create the best possible environment for your team members

Furthermore success in this role requires genuine curiosity and strong communication skills. You enjoy talking to internal stakeholders partners and customers to understand their challenges and translate them into what we should develop to solve their problems. Our environment changes quickly so you thrive amid uncertainty and take a structured approach to organizing information and solving problems.
