Job Description
Reporting to the Commercial Excellence and SRGM Manager CE this role will support all projects in the field of interest of the department. It will play a pivotal role in supporting revenue operations. Your focus will be on optimizing processes collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring a seamless customer experience. By leveraging data and analytics youll contribute to revenue growth.
This role will be part of a highly motivated solution oriented and passionate group of people.
Universal Accountabilities
- Operational Support:
- Assist in managing revenue operations including reporting pipeline management and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales marketing and customer service teams to align strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial strategy and revenue generation.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize data tools to analyze trends identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize performance.
- Support key stakeholders with required reports.
- Process Optimisation:
- Contribute to refining internal commercial and revenue processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in implementing best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Stay informed about industry developments.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and within agreed timelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experiencein revenue generation sales or marketing.
- Proficiency indata analysis tools(e.g. Excel Google Sheets or similar).
- Basic understanding ofPower BI or similar.
- Excellentcommunication skillsand the ability to work collaboratively.
- Acurious mindsetwith a passion for understanding business.

- Key relationships internally across Central Europe will include Commercial Sales & Marketing Finance IT Demand Planning and Customer Service.
