Retail Activation Specialist - OMNI
Were looking for a proactive collaborative and results-driven person to join our team located in Breda and we hope thats you!
As Retail Activation Specialist you will be the driver of our brand activations at our customers shopfloor both in store and at online shops delivering an optimal shopper journey and driving our target audiences to action. Furthermore you will ensure our brand plans are optimally executed in store environments. Success hinges on understanding shopper behaviours and trends our brand and customers DNA and integrating them together in seamless and consistent brand experiences.
What youll do
As a part of our Marketing team you will lead and drive implementation of our brand activities with our Omni customers; from planning to performance tracking and everything in between. To give a sense of what that entails see below a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
Master of Shopper Activation: own the Brand Activation plans with our key customers deploy it in line with our strategy with energy eye for detail.
Engagement Catalyst for our customer staff and shoppers to truly make an impact. Equip the teams with the right materials optimal communication and impactful messaging with stopping power.
Shopper Journey Champion: From idea to shelf make sure everything is available on time from developing digital and print communication materials to installment of POS and displays on the shopfloor.
Follow through on the ground (in-store with shop visits up to 40% of time) to ensure optimal implementation; connecting to store staff and eager to drive 7P excellence
Be the Field Team Ally: Provide clear actionable updates and execution and communication tools to help our colleagues win in the field.
The Content Curator: provide the right brand and product content to our eCom and omni customers to be able to activate successfully.
Connector: work with the experts of different departments at both Hills and customers to maximise alignment & impact
Goal-getter and Optimiser: set clear targets track progress measure results learn & implement these learnings continuously.
The Structurizer: structure is your middle name and overview your key to success in all you do; from project planning to admin tasks incl POs and budget management
Who you are
1-2 years of professional experience in a commercial environment preferably in a consumer retail or FMCG sales or marketing environment
An organised hands-on self starter who connects easily to new people loves pets and with a can-do attitude. Sees the bigger picture and overcomes obstacles with creative practical solutions.
A Bachelor degree or equivalent
Strong attention to detail able to quality check prior to final delivery
Proficiency in Dutch and English French is a big plus
Proficient computer skills with Google Tools specifically
Drivers licence as you will be on the road visiting stores on a regular basis
