Job Summary
Based at our Civitanova production site (ICA Wood Coatings) we are looking for a passionate and driven Production Engineer to strengthen our this role you will not only oversee production processes but also play a key part in lean improvement projects and contribute to the standardization of workflows ensuring efficiency and excellence across the board.
Responsibilities
- Support the Production Manager in planning and monitoring production activities
- Collaborate with the team to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
- Actively participate in Lean projects and optimization of production flows
- Contribute to the standardization of processes and the drafting of operating procedures
- Facilitate communication between departments for effective priority management
- Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions in synergy with the team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (preferably Management Industrial or Mechanical)
- 2-3 years experience in similar role in structured production environments oriented towards continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital reporting tools
- An effective communicator across all departments.
- A hands on approach and can do attitude.
- Team player Approachable and strong customer focus internally and externally.
