Salary: 33961 then yearly increments up to 38752

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our dedicated team in Rotherham.

As the Service Manager you will provide strong visible leaderships. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of services supervising the team and promoting the service.

General Tasks

• Be the main point of contact for staff commissioners and external agencies.
• Promote the service to a wide audience building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve service delivery ensuring it meets high standards and is continuously developing to meet the needs of those we support.
• Lead and supervise the Team Leader and Housing support workers fostering a culture of good practice.
• Oversee property and VOID management including inspections repairs and tenancy transitions.
• Champion creative trauma-informed approaches to reduce inequality and promote positive life choices for the people we support.
• Stay informed on Housing and Homelessness policies and best practices.
• Act as the safeguarding lead ensuring safety and compliance across the service.

Requirements

• Educated to level 3 in a relevant field (Housing social care psychology criminology or similar). Hold relevant experience related to this area.
• Level 3 5 in management and/or coaching or be willing to undertake
• An individual who embraces challenges enthusiastically
• An understand of the principles of Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma Informed Practice
• At least 2 years experience of working within Housing or Homelessness services
• Experience of building successful professional relationships with stakeholders
