ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Global IT team based in our brand-new Supply Chain Hub in Barcelona.
The newly created role will be part of a new team being built in this brand-new COTY location in the commercial center of Barcelona. As an entry level role in IT this provides a great opportunity for learning development and growing all aspects of IT skills.
Reporting to the IT Site Lead you will be part of a truly global team focused on providing excellent customer service and supporting the IT users within Coty and the key IT systems integral to the business.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer support and service for clients and visitors in the local sites.
