Position Tasks and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Coordinate the projects technical solution across its specification analysis design implementation and verification phases involving the Area Leads participating in the project.
Serve as the technical reference for team members when making technical decisions always in alignment with the Area Leads.
Support Project Managers in all technical aspects of the project.
Act as the main technical point of contact for the client.
Report the most relevant technical information to the CTO and seek support for key decision-making.
Monitor open technical issues anomalies and non-conformities within the project.
Raise technical alerts when necessary and escalate them to the CTO and Area Leads as appropriate.
Maintain configuration and change control in collaboration with the involved teams.
Provide technical support to the commercial team.
Support the production team ensuring that all received inputs are correct prior to manufacturing.
Contribute to product development for future standardization.
Candidate qualifications and skills
Requirements:
Degree in Telecommunications Aerospace Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience in Hardware Software product development.
Knowledge and/or experience with RF communication systems.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating teams from a technical perspective.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English (at least a B2 level).
Experience in the space sector will be considered a plus.

Our team has enhanceda work method that applies the strict quality standards set by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS). All of our management system engineering and AIV processes are based on those standards.
