工作职责

销售业绩及区域管理

  • 带领团队完成公司下达的销售目标提高公司产品的市场占有率

  • 根据辖区的具体情况策划组织相关的市场促销活动

  • 带领团队执行及跟进市场推广计划及时准确收集及反馈市场信息

  • 拜访医院与关键客户建立及保持良好关系通过与KA主管合作进行大客户的选择和

谈判签定协议及执行

  • 与本区商业人员沟通协调以确保产品在本区域的正常供应

  • 在区域内合理有效地分配资源及控制费用

  • 及时准确完成各项报表报告

产品知识

  • 帮助提高团队成员的产品知识在日常工作中的运用能力

  • 了解竞争产品的相关知识及动态

  • 不断学习并提高相关医学知识水平

职业操守

  • 确保在销售和工作过程中 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度确保团队的行为符合

公司的道德准则和原则

  • 保持良好的专业形象着装符合职业标准言行举止符合公司要求

  • 具有敬业精神对本职工作积极投入并起表率作用

团队管理和人员发展

  • 通过有效的管理激励发展及保留人才建立高绩效团队

  • 管理辅导代表通过有计划的联合拜访培训提高代表的销售技巧解决问题能力

  • 完成季度绩效评估及业绩分析及时有针对性的辅导及培训下属以取得更好的业绩

  • 通过绩效管理及人员发展计划确定培训需求发展和保留人才降低员工流失率

  • 招聘合适销售人员建立人才资源储备系统

  • 确保离职人员按公司规定完成工作交接

  • 加强本部门及跨部门的沟通及合作

  • 创造良好的工作氛围促进团队合作做到公平公正公开

  • 完成上级主管布置的其他临时任务

要求:

基本要求

熟悉相应的产品有相应的医院的市场经验

学历背景

大专或以上学历

医学药学或相关专业

资格证书

工作经验

2年以上相关领域销售管理经验
