EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia MO for the SPRING of 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct a full reconciliation of Branch Event kits by gathering organizing and validating data
• Identify which branches are missing specific event kit elements for Employee Experience team to fill gaps
• Build and maintain a centralized database to track inventory and replacement requests
• Partner with Employee Experience team to develop and document SOPs and Quick Reference guide to ensure consistency and sustainability of the processes

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

What Youre Working With

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field strongly recommended.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify gaps and create practical solutions
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to new systems or processes
