In order to support the Standard Parts team Airbus Operations is looking for a

Working Student (d/f/m) within Product Management

You are a full time student looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Airbus Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in the Standard Parts team as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!

• Location: Hamburg

• Start: As soon as possible

• Duration: 6 - 12 months

You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least 18.53 per hour depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay.

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education and who are employed in a reasonably long fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the companys premises. A working students main focus remains on their studies which is why during term-time working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Analyze Customer Data and provide business improvement possibilities.

• Learn and support business initiatives on Skywise (Airbus open data platform for aviation management).

• Support the team of product managers in providing tailored solutions to customers to expand the business. e.g. Cost optimized solutions.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in the area of Business analytics Data Science Digital marketing Software Engineering Economics Aviation management or an equivalent field of study.

• Fluent in English.

• Curious collaborative problem solver & creative.

• Basic knowledge or the willingness to learn G Suite or MS office.

• Passion and motivation for business analytics or aviation domain.

• Capability of describing complex subjects in simple words.
