Senior SAP PE (PP-PI) Consultant – German Speaking

We are looking for a Senior SAP PE (PP-PI) Consultant to support a life sciences digital transformation program. This role will focus on the production execution (PE) and process industries (PI) components within SAP PP ensuring alignment with GMP-compliant manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and experienced in complex SAP implementations within regulated environments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the design configuration and deployment of SAP PE (PP-PI) solutions in a validated life sciences setting
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing quality and MES integration teams
• Support data migration testing and cutover planning activities
• Drive workshops and engage stakeholders across German-speaking business units
• Ensure adherence to GMP CSV and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level support during hypercare and post-go-live
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project documentation and knowledge transfer

Qualifications :

• 8 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on PE (Production Execution) and PP-PI in the process industry
• Proven track record in SAP projects within life sciences or other regulated industries
• Fluent in German (mandatory) and proficient in English
• Deep understanding of GMP GxP and validation requirements
• Experience integrating SAP with MES and shop floor systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and lead workstreams in complex project environments
