Interviews customers reviews and completes all forms required for successful entry into the program
Follows up on all no shows and reschedules their appointments
Conducts group orientations
Guides members to available online service options
Trains members on various literacy topics of interest
Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses
Administers quarterly entrance examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression
Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff
Performs Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basis
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required. One to two years in workforce development or related field preferred.
- Strong project management skills including managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Docs Internet Research and social media.
- Outcome driven strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform programmatic decisions.
- Highly motivated with proven capacity to work independently take initiative and thrive in high-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Flexible with availability to work a weeknight and occasional Saturdays.
- Community and social service experience working with non-for profit or other community / workforce services agency.
