What Youll Do
In this role youll bring structure consistency and automation to project data and reporting ecosystems. Youll consolidate multiple trackers integrate data from internal systems and create dynamic dashboards that give teams better visibility and smoother delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing spreadsheets and data structures across multiple projects.
- Design and build automated Google Sheets trackers and dashboards.
- Integrate Google Sheets with internal tools (e.g. Power BI Smartsheet databases).
- Establish consistent data standards formulas and templates for tracking and reporting.
- Create visual dashboards highlighting progress bottlenecks and KPIs.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to understand workflow needs.
- Document new structures and provide training or handover materials.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system integration.
What Youll Bring
- 12 years experience in business process outsourcing industry.
- 24 years in data analysis reporting or business analysis roles.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas pivot tables scripts automation).
- Experience with data integration (Google App Script APIs Zapier Make Power Automate).
- Ability to organize complex data sets and build user-friendly dashboards (e.g. Power BI).
- Excellent attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Positive proactive attitude able to work independently and bring ideas to the table.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to environmental sustainability or consulting sectors.
- Experience in database reporting or lightweight BI tools.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Interest in process improvement and automation.
