Job Summary

Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to understand client requirements define product solutions and help craft compelling proposals
Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into product solutions ensuring alignment with client goals
Gather and document client feedback to help refine proposals and offer tailored solutions
Help negotiate project scope and timelines to ensure that product deliverables align with business expectations
Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps prioritizing features based on client needs and business value
Translate business requirements into user stories and product specifications for development teams
Work with the technical team to assess the feasibility and resources required to deliver the proposed solutions
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handoff after the pre-sales phase ensuring that all product details are properly transitioned for execution
Help develop the overall delivery strategy to ensure that product solutions are scalable and can be successfully implemented by project teams

Qualifications :

At least 5 years of proven experience as a System Analyst
Solid grasp of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience working with RESTful APIs and an understanding of request/response cycles authentication and integration patterns
Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation user stories and acceptance criteria
Awareness of security best practices data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and secure development principles
Experience with tools such as BPMN UML or process flow diagrams
Familiarity with system architecture diagrams data flow diagrams and integration points
Experience with discovery phases and contributing to the shaping and validation early-stage solution
Strong understanding of the outsourcing model and ability to adapt product solutions to client needs
Experience with product lifecycle management including requirements gathering solution design and stakeholder management
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple product solutions simultaneously
Advanced level of English

Experience in the AdTech domain
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience with cloud services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with pre-sales activities
