Job Summary
- Produce complex advanced and non-trivial creative design concepts and ideas for various domains. Offer eye-catching and consistent solutions
- Provide creative vision and generate visual ideas from scratch
- Negotiate project requirements and business objectives of the project with the client/team
- Understand project goals and converting them into high-quality creative solutions
- Deliver projects on time according to the task description and technical constraints
- Proactively predict and communicate risks to meet the defined goals and timelines
- Be a proactive part of a creative design team by sharing ideas and suggesting improvements to processes and approaches
- Actively explore and apply AI tools (e.g. Midjourney ChatGPT Runway etc.) to enhance concept development and delivery
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in UI design for the web particularly for creative websites promo landing pages and interactive concepts
- Strong expertise in Figma (components auto layout responsive and adaptive design)
- Ability to independently craft outstanding original visual concepts from early sketches to polished UI and confidently present and defend design decisions
- Hands-on experience with motion in UI (element animations micro-interactions prototypes in After Effects Lottie or Framer)
- Basic 3D skills for UI/visuals (creating assets or simple scenes in Blender Cinema 4D etc.)
- At least Upper-Intermediate English for briefings presentations and clear communication
- Curiosity and openness to experimenting with modern tools trends and AI-driven workflows
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong foundation in visual and UI design with a focus on creative concepts for web and interactive projects
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience with GPU rendering (Octane Redshift or similar)
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation (rigging motion choreography and animation principles)
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut etc.) for concept presentations or intro videos
- Illustration and character design skills for creative projects
- Previous experience working in collaboration with multidisciplinary design teams (UI graphic motion 3D)
