The Role:
As AVP Customer Operations youll manage a portfolio of aircraft leases - ensuring accurate data timely invoicing and smooth day-to-day operations. Youll act as a key point of contact for customers resolving queries efficiently and supporting internal teams. Youll also identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to strategic projects across the business.
What Youll Bring:
- 3 years experience in operations administration or support within a financial or corporate environment.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (SQL/advanced Excel an advantage).
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
