Job Summary

What youll do

  • Reconcile incoming products with the order form purchasing specs and delivery notes.
  • Check all products to ensure they are the correct quantity and weight.
  • Put away all goods delivered to the hotel.
  • Compare prices on the delivery note with the order and escalate discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organise delivery notes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct monthly inventory/stock checks and random spot-checks.
  • Communicate well with others in order to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
  • General maintenance of all storage spaces and loading bays.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health safety and hygiene standards.
