The Office administrator is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Secretarial services included but not limited to organization of meetings coordination of travel and other company events post-service e-mail service and administration
- Dealing with mail correspondence / courier shipments (incoming and outgoing)
- Archiving of documents - electronic and in hard copy (messages financial documents travel settlement etc.)
- Deputy for the office manager (partially during absences).
- Support and backup of local Accounting Department
- Support and backup of local Human Resource Department
- Keeping employee/personal files up-to-date
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Monitoring office maintenance
- To be contact person for various suppliers and service providers
- Reception of guests and clients and taking care of them during visits
- Arrangements and organisation of office meetings and company events
- Basic IT support (setup of laptops shipment of equipment to home office staff etc)
- Administrative and logistic support for the whole Frankfurt/Main office
