Job Summary
- Leading and implement lean projects with customers in production and logistic area.
- Conduct lean trainings.
- Develop lean tools/methods according to customer demand.
Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience in implementing lean projects. e.g. Value Stream Planning logistics planning KPI improvement
- Above 3 years experiences in CIP approach lean elements and methods.
- Efficient communication ability to solve problem to leading others to overcome pressure.
- Good English speaking and writing presentation skills are required.
- Knowledge of IE digitalization and logistics automation are highly appreciated.
