• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facility and equipment effectively support the operation.
• Responsible for the coordination and handling of major anomalies and maintenance problems of facilities an equipment summarize countermeasures and effective actions.
• Responsible for the installation commissioning and maintenance of the water electricity gas lighting and other related facilities.
• Responsible for writing and updating facility related guidelines.
• Responsible for special equipment management to meet the requirements of law.
• Should to repair the equipments independently if necessary.

Qualifications :

• College or above major in mechanical automation or electrical engineering.
• At least 1 years experience as Facility Engineer.
• English can be the working language.
• Proficient in using WORD EXCEL PPT etc.
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings.
• High and low voltage electrical operation certificate is preferred.
