The Role
We need a Highly Experienced Internal Creator Community Manager to build and energize our TikTok creator community. Youll recruit coach and drive creators to turn TikTok Shops into a growth machine.
What Youll Do
Grow our creator network on Discord WhatsApp
Recruit and onboard top TikTok creators
Deliver briefs coaching for high-performing content
Run challenges trainings and engagement events
Track performance optimize for growth
What Were Looking For
2 years in community or creator management
Strong Discord/WhatsApp community experience
High-energy personable and results-driven
Experience in building and managing creator communities for brands agencies or Tiktok Shops
Bonus: Discord automation Reacher or Euka AI
