Job Summary
Join our vibrant team and be part of delivering exceptional service in a premium airport lounge environment. Were currently hiring for the following roles:
Available Positions:
- Lounge Runners (Food & Beverage Attendants)
- Kitchen Hands
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver memorable service experiences to all Qantas Lounge guests
- Clear tables and maintain clean tidy service areas including buffet stations
- Support barista bar and A La Carte service (for experienced team members)
- Serve beverages using tray service with efficiency and care
- Load/unload service trolleys with glassware cutlery plates and crockery
- Collaborate with Front of House Culinary and Stores teams
- Carry and balance trays while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Represent the iconic Qantas brand with professionalism and impeccable presentation
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation
- Promote a safe workplace by identifying hazards and following WHS practices
Qualifications :
Whilst technical experience is of importance to us to be considered for the role you will have the following:
- A friendly customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Initiative to ensure positive intuitive and efficient guest interactions.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Confidence liaising with internal and external clients.
- High standards of grooming and personal presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive team-oriented guest-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends.
- Full working rights in Australia.
