Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper as a Houseperson you will be responsible for upholding the hotels cleanliness standards across all public areas and housekeeping pantries. You will ensure that inventory levels are appropriately maintained and replenished including linen cleaning supplies and guest amenities such as tea and coffee. The role also involves delivering requested items promptly to guest rooms and fostering positive professional and approachable interactions with our addition you are expected to report any maintenance issues without delay demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a seamless and flawless guest experience.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Availability to work a range of shifts across a 7-day roster including weekends public holidays and event days.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment
- Confident and articulate communication and network skills
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Minimum 6 months experience in a hotel environment is preferred
- Valid and current working rights in Australia
