Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Miami FL
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established medical office full-time in Miami FL. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has a passion for and potential background in functional medicine and/or holistic medicine and is highly motivated to help others in health and wellness incoming Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will play a central role in patient evaluation treatment planning ongoing management and coordination of care for individuals with a wide variety of health and wellness goals. This includes direct patient care procedural support documentation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Duties:
- Performing patient consultations- HPIs focused exams and evaluations
- Ordering imaging studies
- Developing and delivering individualized treatment plans/customized protocols
- Learning about and promoting our modalities and therapies to patients.
- Medical procedures and Treatments to include performing a variety of modalities IV treatments EBOOs and different therapies
- Performing re-examinations and adjusting care plans as needed
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Management of medical team
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- NP/PA Licensed to practice in FL
- Background and/or interest in functional medicine and/or holistic medicine preferred
- Full time Mon-Fri (9-5)
- $150k - $180k
- Vacation/PTO
