Consult customers on service in accordance with Toyotas standards
Meet service department sales goals
Work under deadlines and quickly resolve concerns
Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis
Complete repair orders and finish all steps necessary for warranty work
Arrange logistics for drop-offs and multiple day service repairs
Engage in business development and training
Address customer concerns with a strong focus on customer service
Maintain a positive attitude throughout the work day
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work with others on the team to resolve issues
Qualifications include but are not limited to the ability to effectively build a rapport with others outstanding customer service skills previous ASM experience Reynolds & Reynols experience preferred (not required) great communication skills organizational and time management skills enjoy working with and serving others and a valid drivers license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
