| GCIs Wireless Network Performance Engineer III will apply engineering principles to drive continuous improvement in wireless network performance and customer experience. Monitor and optimize Radio Frequency (RF) performance across 5G LTE UMTS GSM CDMA and Wi-Fi networks. Ensure high-quality service delivery through traffic engineering capacity analysis and mobility KPI monitoring. Coordinate RAN Software upgrades Network Impact Reports (NIR) Parameters and KPI counters changes due to Software upgrades. | ||||

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY - Proficient computer skills and MS Office knowledge (e.g. Outlook Teams Word Excel) to complete job duties effectively. oUNIX Oracle Database Excel macros and SQL programming. | ||||
Additional Job Requirements: This is an advanced level position within the discipline demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in all areas of responsibility. Performs complex tasks and job duties receiving minimal to no instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments. Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. Supports higher level staff in implementing more complex projects. Provides mentorship training and guidance to junior staff.
