The Operations Supervisor in partnership with the clubs General Manager will help ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures across all departments enabling the facility to deliver the highest level of customer service. This high-visibility leadership role requires the ability to foster a culture that engages residents as well as a culture of staff accountability for all performance and service aspects ensuring an outstanding experience for each resident. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability
- Facility staffing schedules
- Staff training and education
- Resident relations; daily resident engagement
- Resident inquiries complaints suggestions and the coordination of resolutions to any issues involving the amenities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control
- Facility supplies purchase coordination and logistics
- Vendor communication liaison
- Billing
- Over-see all health and fitness operations which can include pool wet-area and amenities
- Available to work 35-40 hours based on the needs of the business
- Promoting and marketing our services
Requirements:
- Luxury hospitality experience
- mid-level management experience in fitness hospitality or wellness
- Experience in leadership in staff development
- Outgoing and self-directed
- Passionate about fitness wellness and living a healthy lifestyle

- Data collection analysis and solution building
- Comfortable with computer software
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of maintaining the highest level of discretion and privacy
