Location: Orlando Florida
Schedule: Seasonal (NovemberDecember) 30 hours/week
Pay Range: $20$30/hour (based on role and experience)
Positions Available: Lead Installer & General Installer

Were looking for hardworking reliable individuals to join our seasonal Christmas light installation crew in Orlando FL! If you enjoy working outdoors have an eye for detail and arent afraid of heights this is a great short-term opportunity to earn extra income and help bring holiday cheer to homes and businesses across Central Florida.

Youll be part of a small fun and energetic team installing professional-grade holiday lighting and decorations on rooftops trees and landscapes throughout the area.

Available Positions

Lead Installer ($25$30/hr)

The Lead Installer oversees the crew on job sites ensuring safety efficiency and high-quality work. This person should be confident working at heights and comfortable using ladders lifts and power tools.
Responsibilities include:

• Leading a small crew of installers to complete lighting projects on time and safely

• Communicating with clients and team members about project details

• Installing and removing lighting and decorations on roofs trees and property exteriors

• Ensuring all electrical connections and layouts are clean and functional

• Conducting quality checks and troubleshooting as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in roofing tree trimming construction or outdoor maintenance

• Leadership or crew supervision experience

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

General Installer ($20$25/hr)

The General Installer supports the crew in setting up and taking down lights and decorations. No prior experience is requiredjust a great attitude willingness to learn and comfort working outdoors and at heights.
Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with installation and removal of lighting and décor

• Safely handling ladders clips and extension cords

• Helping transport and organize materials and equipment

• Following safety procedures and instructions from the lead installer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working outdoors or in physical labor roles (landscaping roofing etc.)

• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs

• Reliable transportation to job sites

Requirements (All Positions)

• Must be comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

• Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license

• Must be available for 30 hours per week during November and December

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks safely

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
