We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a Service Engineer to join OMNIC Self-Service Solutions for Logistics Retail and HoReCa located in Madrid Spain. This is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a company that holds the Guinness World Record for the largest fully automated parcel locker. If you are a motivated professional with a strong technical background and a passion for innovation we want you to help us launch our initial locker project and ensure the efficient functioning of our systems.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Service Engineer or in a related technical field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a background in hardware maintenance and management.
  • Proficient with the necessary technical tools and equipment required for locker installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently in a freelance/consultant capacity.
  • Must not be a Russian citizen for compliance reasons.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage the initial deployment of our locker project while ensuring all installations function correctly.
  • Adjust and troubleshoot locker doors manage cabling and perform tests on complex hardware components.
  • Provide proactive solutions to technical issues encountered during project initiation.
  • Utilize your operational experience to deliver top-notch technical services on-site.
  • Ensure compliance and report any operational anomalies promptly.
