Die Cast Engineering & Die Maintenance Manager
The person selected for the Die Cast Engineering & Die Maintenance Manager position will be responsible for safety quality cost delivery manpower and continuous improvement objectives of the Die Cast Engineering Department consisting of Die Cast Engineering and Die Maintenance for the Die Casting area in a multi-cultural environment. They will also be responsible for coordinating all Engineering and Die Maintenance activities related to the High-Pressure Aluminum Die Cast area which includes planning equipment set up training troubleshooting and overall improvement of the die casting processes including melting casting trimming finishing shot blast and various other processes. The person selected will also be responsible for working with other departments to achieve company goals and targets to ensure viability and the long-term success of the company.

Ability to effectively present information to top management public groups and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical solutions.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be able to effectively use a computer and other electronic devices to view and prepare business documents and communicate with others. This includes but is not limited to Windows based software applications (Excel Word Power Point Outlook) Internet customer websites printers and other tools and applications.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
