Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Global Controlling team. This role plays a part in supporting financial planning reporting analysis and accounting across all our regional partners. The FP&A Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional partnersincluding Digital Technology Human Resources and Legal to provide insights that drive business performance and decision-making. Your ability to break down challenges and communicate information in concise visually appealing ways will be instrumental in success in this role.

What You Will Do

Develop a deep understanding of Stanleys business plans business models and key cost drivers and analyze actual forecasted and budgeted results to derive actionable insights.
Support monthly close and forecasting processes in alignment with global timelines and reporting standards.
Maintain and refine existing financial models and reporting tools ensuring accuracy and actionable outputs.
Prepare monthly executive reporting packages and participate in leadership meetings to review financial and operating performance.
Help identify and track meaningful metrics; develop dashboards or reports for monitoring business performance.
Support initiatives to streamline financial planning and reporting processes growing efficiency and scalability.
Deliver continual improvements in execution that produce data leading to action that builds the business prevents issues and advances decision making.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis preferably in consumer goods or a multinational organization.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) planning tools (e.g. Essbase/SmartView) and data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or SQL is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial reporting cycles.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and experience.
