Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
Architecture & Design
oDesign and implement enterprise storage solutions (SAN NAS DAS).
oPlan capacity performance tuning and storage tiering strategies.
oIntegrate storage with virtualization and cloud platforms.
Administration & Operations
oManage storage arrays (e.g. NetApp EMC Dell HPE IBM).
oConfigure RAID LUN provisioning zoning and masking.
oImplement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Performance & Troubleshooting
oMonitor storage performance using tools like SRM Unisphere or OnCommand.
oResolve escalated issues from L1/L2 teams.
oPerform root cause analysis for critical incidents.
Security & Compliance
oApply storage security best practices and encryption.
oEnsure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
oManage access controls and audit logs.
Automation & Optimization
oDevelop scripts for storage automation (PowerShell Python).
oOptimize storage utilization and cost efficiency.
oImplement storage replication and snapshot strategies.
Collaboration & Documentation
oWork closely with virtualization backup and network teams.
oMaintain detailed documentation and operational runbooks.
oMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills
Expertise in SAN/NAS technologies and storage protocols (FC iSCSI NFS SMB).
Hands-on experience with major storage vendors (NetApp EMC Dell HPE).
Knowledge of backup and replication tools (Veeam Commvault).
Familiarity with cloud storage integration (Azure AWS).
Proficiency in scripting for automation.

Preferred Certifications
NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA).
Dell EMC Storage Administrator.
HPE ASE Storage Solutions Architect.
ITIL Foundation is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to lead projects and work independently.

Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
