Qualifications

Minimum 2 years Retail Banker experience/3 years of relevant experience at a bank or financial institution and/or loan experience is required.
BS Degree in Finance Business Administration or related field preferred.
Cash handling experience
Customer service experience
Must have working knowledge of applicable banking and compliance laws and regulations.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Must be proficient with Navigator and Laser Pro/ Decision Pro or similar technology. Must have knowledge of NADA appraisal system. Must have strong data entry skills.
Must possess exceptional time management skills and have the ability to organize prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks and work initiative.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
High School Diploma Required
