The DMH (Department of Mental Health) Flex Services Program Director is responsible for the management oversight and coordination of the Flexible Support Services.
You will be making a difference by doing the following:
Recruit orient and supervise staff; responsible for all personnel actions such as hiring promotions and conduct annual performance evaluations
Maintain effective and positive working relationships with referral sources community members donors volunteers colleagues supervisor employees and other agency programs
Develop and monitor a balanced budget; meet program budget goals
Participate in quarterly DMH meetings have a comprehensive understanding and oversight of contracts and proposals including monitoring program utilization and performance goals; develop working knowledge of payers and community providers
Oversee program safety and emergency evacuation plans
Ensure timely documentation of quality measures including incident reports satisfaction surveys and outcome measures
Maintain professional and program accreditation as applicable to include quality of service staff ratios hours of operation and documentation etc.
Facilitate staff meetings participation in leadership team and other internal and external meetings as required
Develop revise and implement program procedures and communicate changes to staff and administration
Work with children adolescents adults and families who may represent varying ethnicities cultures and religions; educational level and socioeconomic status is also variable
Requirements
Masters degree in mental health field with independent license (LMHC LMFT LADC or LICSW) will consider those eligible for independent licensure.
Clinical supervisory and administrative experience serving individuals with serious emotional disturbance (SED)
Strong Computer Skills
Valid MA drivers license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
