Job Summary:
The Global Mobility area is responsible for supporting processes across different countries managing global providers serving as the focal point for process review and improvements and essentially overseeing the movement of people around the world.

Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Document and Workflow Control: The intern is responsible for filing organizing and updating documents and spreadsheets in the area. This includes renaming and saving documents according to established rules. It is also crucial to manage the FAST calendar updating document expiration dates and tracking deadlines such as the start of visa renewal processes. Supporting the maintenance of guides presentations and templates as well as reviewing operational documents is also part of the scope.
Relocation Process Assistance and Support: The intern provides ad hoc support within employee relocation processes. This involves acting as the single point of contact between the visa provider and the employee assisting with document collection and monitoring processes with the provider. The intern also assists with opening bank accounts and preparing documentation to be submitted to the Federal Revenue Service for the release of the move.
Financial and Payment Management: Responsible for managing payments for the area. This includes handling the Purchase Order (PO) process from start (creation) through sending invoices for payment. The intern should also liaise with vendors to explain and follow up on the PO process and manage monthly tax payments. Setting up landlords as vendors for rent payments is also part of the role.
Projects and Data Control: Active participation in area projects and support in managing information such as calculating expatriate rent adjustments (IPCA/IGPM).

Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in Bilingual Executive Secretariat Business Administration International Relations or related fields with expected graduation in Dec/2027 or later.
Advanced/Fluent English.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) and Slides (PowerPoint).
