What Youll Be Doing:

Lead the Employee Experience team and shape how we support our people. Youll own key lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding and leave workflows while driving compliance automation and continuous improvement. Acting as the link across Centres of Expertise youll turn moments like promotions and performance reviews into strategic levers not just admin tasks.

What Were Looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR Business or related field (preferred).
  • 3 years HR generalist experience in a complex environment; leadership of small teams or projects highly valued.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven ability to build team capability.
  • Solid understanding of HR lifecycle processes compliance and HRIS systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Skilled in process improvement change management and stakeholder collaboration across functions.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on data integrity automation and operational excellence.
