Essential Function and Responsibility:
The Junior Network Administrator & IT Technician is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and support of the Museums IT infrastructure including Cisco Meraki networking equipment IP-based surveillance systems access control and alarm hardware and end-user devices. This role emphasizes hands-on learning troubleshooting and reliable customer service for internal stakeholders.

Supervision Received:
Receives general supervision from the CTO.
Supervision Exercised:
The position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Hours and Shift:
Full-time; 8:00 am-4:00 pm with occasional after-hours/weekend work required for maintenance projects or incidents.
Hybrid Eligibility: Eligible (up to 1-2 days/week with approval).
