As aSenior Active Directory Engineer supportingour IT Department you will be trusted to work onleading the design implementation and optimization of our enterprise identity infrastructure at Mexico City. In this role a typical day will include:
- Maintaining complex Active Directory environments including multi-domain forests trusts replication and domain controller placement.
- Designing and deployment of hybrid identity solutions integrating Azure AD Intune and on-prem AD.
- Domain Controller Management Promotion decommissioning and health monitoring of DCs.
- Develop and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to support enterprise-wide security and configuration standards.
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS DHCP Kerberos and authentication protocols.
- Manage and configuring Azure AD and Azure AD Connect for hybrid cloud environments.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years administering enterprise Microsoft Active Directory (5k users multi-site).
- Hands-on experience with PKI (AD CS) certificate templates auto-enrollment and CRL/OCSP.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access and federation (ADFS/SSO).
- Solid knowledge of DNS DHCP TCP/IP and Windows Server (2016).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
