A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our thriving White Collar Temporary Recruitment team. Based in our Collins Street office you will have day one access to our established client base giving you the tools to bill immediately whilst continuing to grow your portfolio through active business development.
This is a hands on candidate and client-facing role with live jobs to fill and plenty of scope to fine tune your craft. Recruiting acrosson a broad range of white-collar professional roles you willdeliverexceptional end to end temp and contract talent solutions while focusing on building your client base.
What you will bring
If you are an experienced agency-based Recruiter with more than 3 years experience working in a 360-degree role - we want to hear from you! Prior exposure to specialising within white collar professional disciplines such as business support financial services marketing IT support and legal services will be highly regarded.
You will bring a people-first mindset when it comes to developing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates continually growing your portfolio through outstanding service delivery and proactive business development.
