About the Role
To support our rapid business growth and operations expansion in Nordic Region BYD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will work closely with HRBP of Nordic and is critical in ensuring effective recruitment policy implementation and employee relationship management within the local context.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Drive and manage endto end recruitment processes for various departments from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the local market.
Employee Relations & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies when handling disciplinary actions or grievance cases.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
HR Policy Development & Implementation
- Assist in the formulation revision and enforcement of HR policies and procedures tailored to the Hungarian legal context.
- Monitor the consistency and compliance of HR operations across departments.
- Support audits and ensure HR documentation is complete and legally compliant.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of handson experience in HR especially in recruitment employee relations and policy implementation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in one of Nordic languages and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Chinese is a plus.
- Related working knowledge of Nordic labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proactive result-oriented. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations a result-oriented mindset and knowledge of Nordic Countries labor law.
